Florida Guide Reader Comments about Disturbed in Concert: I saw them in Denver on 1-31-06, and well, since I am biased towards them.... they rocked!!!!
They always put on a good show, and this was no different.
For being on the road as much as they have lately, they did not disappoint. Great sound and great vocals, and the place was packed and rocking...!!! David joked about the altitiude and it might have gotten him a bit, still did 16 or more titles. These guys ARE the best out there, hard, hard, hard, but clear and the songs are different than most crap crap crap out there.... horrible screaming....yeech...... bloodsimple, yeeeeeech crap, wish they would have stayed in NY, that was a waste of time, but I used there stage time to go the toilet and get some more refreshments.
Now if we can just get Disturbed and Sevendust together I would be estatic!!!

" I love Disturbed and agree with you they are better live
than on CD. I am a (don't laugh) a 42 year old mother of 18 year
old twins. I being of the disco era had always closed my ears to
Disturbed's kind of music. Then I went to Ozzfest and wow, what
a wake up call. Both Disturbed and Korn really opened my eyes up.
Now when I drive in my car I listen to both of Disturbed's CD's.
I love David Draiman and believe it or not; my son who plays in
a band doesn't know the words to their songs as well as I do." |
