Dolly Parton to Host 'CMT FLAMEWORTHY 2004 VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS' Shania Twain to Perform on Live Telecast April 21, 2004. Tickets Go On Sale February 14, 2004. NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ - The incomparable Dolly Parton will be at the helm as CMT telecasts country music's only video music awards -- and only fan-voted awards show -- the CMT FLAMEWORTHY 2004 VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS. Parton will host the awards show live from Nashville on Wednesday, April 21 from 8:00-10:00 PM, ET* on CMT. Music superstar Shania Twain will perform live on the annual CMT awards show, plus other soon-to-be announced artists.
