Lagiappe -- In Creole it means "a little something extra." At Emeril's Restaurant Orlando, the extras include Louisiana Oyster Stew, crayfish, duck and prime beef. The sophisticated culinary adventure is hosted by master chef Emeril Lagasse, winner of the James Beard Foundation award and host of the wildly popular television program "Emeril Live." The restaurant and its massive, open kitchen feature colors inspired by the rich hues of Cajun spices. Reservations are suggested.

Emerils is open for lunch seven days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 5:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

Straight from the bayous of Louisiana, this sophisticated, spirited culinary adventure is a cousin to Emeril's of New Orleans, created by master chef Emeril Lagasse. Star of the hit "TV Food Network" program Emeril Live, Lagasse is one of Food & Wine Magazine's top 25 chefs in the country and a James Beard Foundation award winner. The restaurant's focal point is a bustling, open kitchen where guests can watch chefs design their creole-based gourmet creations.

Architecture: The colors used in the flooring, wood stain and millwork in Emeril's are vibrant and rich, inspired by the colors of Emeril's spices. The enormous chimney tower that is attached to the restaurant houses a cigar bar that features a wall-sized humidor and aperitif bar. Emeril's cigar bar showcases a red band of Spanish Cedar trim that runs around the room, imitating the band of a cigar.


Cuisine: Creole-based gourmet creations including Louisiana oyster stew, duck, and ribeye steak.

Bar Service: Full Bar - featuring an open display of 12,000 bottles of wine.

Dining Times: Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: Sunday through Thursday: 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
