Architecture: Main dining room's design was inspired by one of Jimmy Buffett's favorite South Florida waterfront concerts. Three bars —The Volcano Bar, Land Shark Bar and 12 Volt Bar - are themed around Jimmy Buffett songs.

Cuisine: A unique combination of Key West and Caribbean known as
Floribbean Cuisine, the menu features fruits, vegetables, seafood, and items indigenous to Florida. Examples of menu items are conch fritters, calamari, specialty fish and key lime pie.

Bar Service: Full Bar. An active volcano, located at the Volcano Bar, erupts
lava-like Margarita mix when the blender needs replenishing.

Entertainment: Live performances begin at 10:00 p.m. on the stage. Music ranges from island style to rock.

Retail outlet: Full range of Buffett-related merchandise including T-shirts, hats, glassware and books.
