MARK MESSERSMITH PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mark Messersmith is an entrepreneur with a diverse work history of exciting and high-
profile entertainment projects. He is President of XS Entertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of Namco, one of the world's premier video game operators. He created XS Orlando, a unique, high quality entertainment venue, with a "Too Much is Not Enough!" attitude. At XS Orlando, world-class chefs present a tantalizing casual dining experience in a custom-designed venue that features the latest and greatest electronic entertainment producing an amazing mix of food and fun.

In 1996, Mark created XS New York, which gamered incredible international attention
with features by news media around the world. Now in Orlando, XS has evolved into an
entertainment venue, with more to offer its guests than the latest simulators and attractions. XS Orlando is the place where guests can dine, drink, dance, and defend the world!

Before forming XS Orlando and XS New York, Mark was instrumental in the development of the New York Skyride, which has been called the most successful non-theme park simulation attraction in the world. Simultaneously, he led the project that created the famous 55-foot tall, animated Trojan horse at FAO Schwarz store in the Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. In the late 80's, Mark was asked to join John Zovich, ex-Disney Vice President responsible for the construction of Epcot ®, in the theme park business. He first worked with John at Ride & Show Engineering and before joining Intamin.

These companies were responsible for revolutionary new ride systems such as Universal Studio's Back to the Future ®, Jaws ®, ET ®, and Earthquake ®, along with numerous custom pieces of show action equipment. While with Intamin, Mark managed the installation of six major ride systems, simultaneously, at MGM Grand Adventures Theme Park ® in Las Vegas.

Mark started his career as a research biologist at Hubbs Sea World® in San Diego before becoming a top sales representative for Warner Lambert's Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical Company. After earning his MBA, Mark left to create and turn around a number of small companies.

One such business is Messersmith Outdoor Advertising. It grew to become the largest
operator of searchlights in Southern California. It was routinely involved in showcase events such as the Michael Jackson tour, the Rolling Stones tour and the Olympic Games, just to name a few. Mark's father still runs the day-to-day operations of the company.

Mark is constantly developing unique entertainment venues that he hopes will further
perpetuate his long record of accomplishments in the entertainment arena.
