XS Orlando Executive Chef - CHRISTOPHE POUY

Executive Chef Christophe is a Michellin Star Chef, is the highest accolade given in Europe. Working on a seasonal balance, Chef Christophe and his staff have created a menu that is fun, interesting and, above all, emphasizes on quality and freshness with a unique style. His team will add a distinct touch to the XS dining XSperience to make it more XStreme.

"For me, the menu is about exceeding food expectations," said Chef Christophe. "Part of the XSperience is the guest tasting new foods and new flavors using the freshest ingredients."

Chef Christophe has brought an incredible blend of ingredients to our featured menu. All of the grilled steaks and chops, which are prepared over the 965° oak-fire grill, are garnished with onion straws and the guests choice ofbearnaise sauce, peppercorn sauce or cabemet sauce. Of course, other mystery ingredients complete the meal and are key to the final presentation.

Chef Christophe brings a vast experience in cooking and managing to XS Oriando. He worked with several restaurants throughout Europe before being hired by Walt Disney World's Disney Cruise Line. Here he was in charge of kitchen production and quality control. In 1999, Disney came back to ChefChristophe and asked him to launch the newest ship in its fleet the Wonder. Here he was in charge of writing and developing the menu for "Triton's" restaurant, as well as ordering food and controlling costs. A year later, Disney again made a request of Chef Christophe, to develop all of the menus for the four different restaurants on the Disney Magic ship.

Chef Christophe has won numerous culinary awards. He is a modem chef who is willing to explore new culinary trends and enjoy new challenges. Chef Christophe loves to make his dining guests smile.
